we are

Hi! I am the potions master.

I can teach you how to bewitch the mind and ensnare the senses - or at least as far as crafting one hell of a cosmetic product can.

Grounded in chemistry, I have varied experience in both research and product formulation, as well as science education and communication. I draw from my early academic research in peptide technology and industrial materials science, my time as a formulation chemist at contract manufacturers, and years as a product developer and science spokesman at a rapidly growing biotech brand (now an industry leader in haircare).

I believe that magic is science that we don’t understand, and by breaking complex science down we can share that magic with the world. No myths, no misinformation, no misrepresentation.

I am incredibly passionate about employing evidence-driven decisions to devise the most technically robust and efficacious formulations. I am ardently meticulous, creatively innovative, and ethically responsible.
